But anyway exams went ok but i don't like to talk too much about it incase i jinx something!
Since i've finally been free i've been doing loads of amazing things, went to brighton and guildford to shop, been out and got drunk (sometimes a bit too drunk, so that i had to find refuge on a chip shop floor), i've also spent a ton of time chilling with my frands, mainly in coffee shops or at my house, both places which i love dearly so thats been perfect!
Ma and Pa took em and Katherine for a special treat to the Mandarin Oriental...

VERY POSH!
we ate in the restaurant which is absolutely amaze as it is run by Heston Blumenthal. The extensive menu included the dishes he has made from medieval times such as meat fruit...

honestly it's not a mandarin, it's pate! and it was scrumptious! although that's not what i had for a starter, thats what my sister and pa had, i went for oven roasted scallops with a cucumber ketchup.
The standards of the meal followed that of the starter. For mains i had a fillet steak on the bone, with roasted bone marrow, mushroom ketchup, and a red wine sauce. i also ordered an extra side of cabbage and onions. For puds i had the chocolate bar, which was literally the most amazing chocolate abr you could imagine... obviously not of the dairy milk variety. It was soooo rich and gooey and came with ginger ice cream and passion fruit jam. Following that was a cappucino, perfectly foamy, which came wiht a suprise treat of white chocolate ganache infused with earl grey tea and a caraway seed biccy!
all in all was great! despite such an amazing meal i ate a whole pack of fruitellas on the train home aswell tee heee.
Anyway i'm now in Berlin hence the title of the blog.
i've come over by myself to do some work experience for a company could Yes Please Foods. They currently sell delicious soups, honestly i've tried them!

So after arriving yesterday (sunday) fairly late, i was made very welcome by the companys director Gemma Michalski and her family. Before arriving at their apartment i was taken on a mini taster tour of the area... SO DAMN COOL.
i then started work this morning, very late and relaxed having taken the family dog, Harvery, on a walk first. I did a few jobs around the office and sat in on a meeting which very disappointingly i understood NONE of! i MUST MUST practice my German!
Anyway i was allowed to go 'home' at about quarter past three this afternoon which was cool, so i went back up to the apartment and lay in the hammock on the balcony... i accidently fell asleep for 2 whole hours! so was a slightly embarassing way to meet the rest of the fam, 3 kids! Have had my first full day in Berlin now and its just sooo goood. the food is amaze and the apartment is stunning. the ceilings are mega high and looks like it could fit in in Chelsea London!
I'm about to go out and grab some food now with the daughter who's 16. not sure where we're gonna go but i know it's gonna be ultra good.
Fill you in more on my time here!
peace out, Auf Wieder Sien! xxx
